大岛（译珀尼达岛，Nusa Penida），是在巴厘岛东南，位于南纬8°44′，东经115°32′。岛长约20公里，宽约12公里。

面积203平方公里，多丘陵，除北岸外，坡度较陡，最高点海拔524米。东南季风期岛上缺水。大部分地区较荒凉，仅海岸区种植椰子和玉米。饲养黄牛。人口约7000。种植水稻。
