沈淮，字激伯，浙江杭州府仁和县人，明朝政治人物。生卒年不详，约嘉靖嘉靖四十年前后在世。嘉靖二十六年（1547年）登进士第。其它事迹不详，著有《三洲脍》八卷传于世。
