刘楠（？—？），字南卿，河南开封人。咸丰二年（1852）进士，授礼部主事，迁郎中。

咸丰十一年（1861）为江南道御史，上章弹劾河南省布政使，由是而有直声。五年间上疏数十次，得罪权贵，出为安徽凤六泗道，旋即罢官。著有《淡泊斋谏草》。
